Life
By Steve Gillman
This poetry was written using Deal-A-Poem.
The words (cards) dealt out were; hate, stay, wrong and me. Only
three of the words were used, and not in order, and the poem
became 8 lines. Obviously, the Deal-A-Poem technique is not about
the rules, but about stimulating creative ideas.
Life
Once I stayed in a theater
Watching - right to the
end
A movie that I hated
A movie that bored me
What can I say?
Except...
I had already paid
The price of admission
